- You will keep all information provided to you through the services offered by lovelounge or its members as private and confidential and will not give such information to anyone without the permission of the person who provided it to you.
- You may not share your username/password with anyone. Abuse will result in instant termination.
- You undertake to ensure that all information which you supply to lovelounge or any of its members is true, accurate, up-to-date and not misleading or likely to mislead or deceive and that it is not illegal, unlawful or in breach of any applicable legislation.
- You will not harvest or otherwise collect information about other users, including email addresses, without their consent.
- You will not use any robot spiders, scrapers or other automated means to collect content from lovelounge without our express written permission.

- lovelounge does not warrant that functions contained in lovelounge content will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected.
- The views expressed by members of lovelounge on the forums, personals and blog are the personal opinions of individual members and not of lovelounge.
- lovelounge will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting private information.
