lovelounge is an independent, UK based contacts site privately owned & run with no ties to any big corporations. lovelounge classifieds initially launched in march 2000 as a free online dating site. Modelled on the old newspaper classifieds it focused solely on dating and relationships. However it soon grew into an active social networking community/dating site and enjoyed modest success as one of the more respected sites of it's genre. In 2005 lovelounge was suspended after it suffered a large malicious hacking attack, at the same time I had other commitments and sadly didn't have the time to put it back together. Late 2009 lovelounge is relaunched going right back to it's original roots of a simple free online personals website. Clifford |
